We’re excited to announce that applications are now available for the Simmons Unrestricted Fund and the Tegarden Unrestricted Fund, both serving the population of Orleans. Grants will be made to non-profit, charitable organizations and tax-supported entities serving Orleans residents in the categories of health and recreation, arts and culture, education, animals and the environment, and human services. For-profit entities with a qualified charitable program or project may apply, as well.

Applications may be made online only at https://occf-in.communityforce.com/ between now and 4:00 PM on June 14.

In addition, this year’s cycle for the Sol Strauss Supporting Organization grants is open. Grants from the Sol Strauss fund¬† will benefit the citizens of Paoli, with emphasis again on health and recreation, arts and culture, education, animals and the environment, and human services. The application process is simply, and requires only a letter describing the program and the amount requested. Grants will be made only to non-profit, charitable organizations and tax-supported entities, though for-profit entities may apply for qualified charitable programs and projects. Letters of request must be delivered to the Orange County Community Foundation, Inc. at 1075 N Sandy Hook Road, Suite #2, Paoli, Indiana 47454. Deadline to apply is 4:00 PM on June 14.
