Welcome to the ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, INC.
Our board members represent Orange County and come from local businesses, industries, education institutions, and non-profits, offering a diversity of expertise and experience as well as a passion for improving the quality of life in our community.
Heather Ross has previously served on the Board of Directors as Investments and Nominating/Bylaws Committees Chair, as well as Vice-President and a member of the Finance Committee. As President she will Chair the Executive Committee, as well as serve as a member of the Finance Committee.
C.J. Fleenor has previously served on the Grants Committee, as well as chaired both the Audit Committee and the County-Wide Cleanup Committee. As Vice-President, he will Chair the Nominating/Bylaws Committee and the County-Wide Cleanup Committee and continue to serve on the Grants and Finance Committees as well.
Lee Collins has served as a member of the Scholarships Committee, the Finance Committee, the Grants Committee, and is now Chair of the Grants Committee and continues to serve as a member of the Scholarships Committee.
Susan Gilmore has served on the Board of Directors for a number of years, and during her tenure served on the Finance and Scholarships Committees, as well as the Executive Committee. As Treasurer, she now Chairs the Finance Committee, and will Chair the Scholarships Committee, as well.
Imojean Dedrick has been with the Foundation since 2004 and is one of the longest-serving community foundation executive directors in the State of Indiana.
Cathy Hardin began her career with the Foundation in 2006, and serves its financial and administrative needs. She is also responsible for compliance and policies, marketing and social media.
Kristina Allen joined the OCCF staff in July, 2023 as Development Director. In January 2024, she will move to the position of Executive Director upon Imojean Dedrick's retirement.
Destany Pingle came onboard the Foundation in 2017, and has effectively administered grants, scholarships, and the OCCF Youth Council program ever since.
